Soft Centre is the new album by Iko Chérie, the solo project of French-born, London-based multi-instrumentalist Marie Merlet. She blends dub-inflected textures, pop tinged vocals, reverb-drenched guitars, Casio drones, and warm experimental noises – creating her own intimate, fragile sound.

After 40 episodes and over three years Pingipung co-founder Heiko Gogolin is back on the controls. At the beginning of his newest contribution stood this cover photo, made in the Grote Kerk (The Hague) at Rewire Festival this year. In a way this is the soundtrack to the photo, containing music from Sarah Davachi, Pauline Anna Strom, Kirk Barley, Ben Vida or Arvo Pärt.
